Since she was young, Aisha has been strategically supporting nonprofit fund development initiatives with her creative ideas, often without fully realizing her impact. As a Girl Scout, she crafted humorous and engaging posters to sell cookies. As a young teen, she collaborated with her pastor and church trustees to articulate the case for support for a new building project. During her junior year of college, while serving as Executive Assistant to her pastor, she contributed to the development of a compelling case for expanding the church's ministry and mission through the establishment of their community center. Later, in her role as Executive Assistant with a Black Enterprise's Top 100 company, she played a key role in establishing a foundation aimed at supporting Namibian children orphaned by the HIV/AIDS epidemic, alongside the CEO and his wife.

Aisha's passion for entrepreneurship guided her academic and professional journey. In 2006, she founded a company specializing in marketing and branding services for small businesses, churches, and nonprofits. With over eight years of consulting experience, she eventually assumed the role of Chief Development Officer for a prominent organization in Detroit, dedicated to aiding families facing or at risk of homelessness. Throughout her career, Aisha has successfully enabled churches and organizations to raise millions of dollars to advance their missions.

Certified by CFRE International as a Fundraising Executive, Aisha is also currently pursuing certifications as a Nonprofit Executive, Development Executive, and Nonprofit Consultant through the National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives (NANOE). She is a Certified Etiquette Consultant certified by The American School of Protocol. She is a proud wife to her loving husband, George Ferguson, and proud and devoted mother to three amazing human beings.
